I want my clients to understand what to expect before and after each session. If you know me, you know I’m going to tell you to drink plenty of water, so be prepared for that! Also be prepared to answer a few general health questions and speak to the concerns you are currently having. And I’m willing to answer any questions you may have, too.
I was first introduced to massage the way most people are: I received one. I loved how it made my body feel after each treatment. As I narrowed down my fields of interest, I knew I wanted a hands-on way to help people, and massage therapy was a natural path for me. The more I learned about the mind-body-spirit component of massage, the more I realized it was the work I was meant to do.
My joyful center:
Working with, helping, and surrounding myself with people. I love being a massage therapist in Sioux City.
My advice to clients:
Drink plenty of water (seriously, it’s worth repeating). Stretch. Enjoy prayerful meditation. And come see me.
