My approach:

I feel better and have to much more energy when I exercise. It’s my time to make myself better and I want to help other people do the same.  I look forward to meeting new people who come to my classes. I love it when my regulars come back. To me, it means they enjoyed their experience.

My background:

I have had people help me to lose weight and now I want to help people lose weight, get healthy and feel good about themselves.

My joyful center:

My family, friends and being a fitness trainer.

My advice to clients:

I encourage you to push yourselves during your workout.  No matter what you are doing, make time for yourself. Do something that makes you happy!
